Himalayan Dreaming is a visually beautiful ambient video. It can be enjoyed as pictorial journey into the life, people and nature of the Himachal region of the Indian Himalayas, the area where the Himalayan Flower Enhancers are produced. On a deeper level it can be used as a meditation through the seven chakras. The 60 minute video is divided into an introduction and seven sections - one for each chakra - with images and flowers chosen for their ability to resonate with a particular chakra - or energy center - in the human body.

There is no speaking in the soundtrack which is made up of original music specially composed to resonate with each chakra, allowing the viewing of Himalayan Dreaming to be a deeply relaxing experience.
